In every interview I'm facing this question, When a user is complaining that my query is running slowly or not responding properly what you will do as a DBA. Can anyone please explain clearly with step by step process for diagnosing and resolving. I want answer that in written words not by sending links(there I'm not able to understand clearly).
I want resolvation for every possible reason that effecting performance.
