Create Database Permission denied in Master

I am new to MVC. I am creating a UAC in MVC 4. I created a model and then I created the controller and the view. When I run the application an error message appears and it says "Create Database Permission denied in Database Master". I have logged in as a user. Is there any other option to get connected to the database when I am logged in as a user? Please help me. Please mail me at anpinsam1986@gmail.com.
