I installed Dev edition of sql server on a server where it already have SQL Server management studio(only) installed.SQL server service is not running on NT Service\MSSQLSERVER account. It is succesfully running when I use the account Local System account .Service failes with following error
The request failed or the service did not respond in a timely fashion. Consult the event log or other applicable error logs for details.
Investigated about this error in many forums and came to conclusion that it is because protocol VIA, but the thing is i cant see service VIA in Network Protocols.
Any Suggestions ?
