Split a String in sql server 2008

Hi ,

I want to split a string into 4 columns. Below is the screenshot of my table.

I want a output like :

BegMP   BegTR   EndMP   EndTR

10        Main1       20       Main1

20        Principal    25     Principal

All the things needs to be splitted, 10 , Main1 , 20, Main1 all these four values should be in 4 different columns.Pls help me i am new to this. Thanks in advance
