Different versions of SQL 2008 r2

I have a ISO for SQL Server 2008 r2 and we have 1 standard licence + 2 developer licences.

Am I correct in thinking we can use the same ISO for all three installs, it is simply the license that dictates the type of server that is running on the different servers.
