SQL Update Question

Name                   Name

---------                 ------------

RingSouth            Ring South or Ring.South or Ring_South (One of them wuld be in the B Table field value)

                             Ringsouth_Voice

Now My Question is when there is a Match from Table A to Table B I mean Ringsouth = Ring South or Ring.South or Ring_South, I am not bothered about the Ringsouth_south I only need Ring South or Ring.South or Ring_South to be updated to tableA Field.

I need to Update Table A with the Table B Value i.e

Output:

-----------------------

B.Name                                                                                 A.Name

----------                 Then  table A should get the update        -------------

Ring South                                                                           Ring South

B.Name                                                                                 A.Name

----------                 Then  table A should get the update        -------------

Ring.South                                                                           Ring.South

B.Name                                                                                 A.Name

----------                 Then  table A should get the update        -------------

Ring_South                                                                           Ring_South
