SQL Server Buffer Manager: Buffer pool Target pages counter shows incorrect value from SQL Server 2012 onwards

Hi Folks,

Starting from SQL Server 2012 onwards perfmon counter SQL Server Buffer Manager: Target pages is showing incorrect value it showing correct value for SQL server 2008 r2 and below versions

If you also run dbcc memorystatus and see Buffer Pool you would see absurd value for target pages in Buffer pool section. Its even higher than total RAM on system
