I'm trying to understand the following SQL:
SELECT empid, country, region, city,CONCAT(country, N',' + region, N',' + city) AS location
From HR.Employees
I understand the SELECT statement and the CONCAT function but what I don't understand are the "N"s. Does "N" just cause the ',' to be omitted if the column is Null?
