Down grading from Enterprise to Standard Edittion

Good Morning,

What is Microsoft's recommendation on down grading from Enterprise to Standard.   We have SQL 2008 R2 Enterprise and we are going to SQL 2012 Standard.   Any good recommendations would be great.
