Converting Varchar column 07MAR2012:00:00:00.000 into datetime in SQL

Hi Guys,

I have a column in a sql Table with a datatype nvarchar 255 and the value in the column is 07MAR2012:00:00:00.000.

I want to convert into a datetime.

Could someone please help?
