I installed AdventureWorks on my Windows 7.1 Pro. The process created a file called AdventureWorks2014.bak. There is no known program association with this file. And no further instructions, nor anything in the Community menu or Help system of my installed SQL Server 2008. Searches on import, bak, samples, and AdventureWorks all returned nothing. All I want to do is get the AdventureWorks samples database working in my copy of SQL Server. I am soon going to try Windows 10 Pro. Would that make it any easier?
