Hi guys,
I'm planning to develop a Human Resources Payroll System using SQL Server, so that the data is accessible in different locations.
The plan is to install the HR Payroll System in each Personnel's computer who will process the payroll. The SQL Server will be updated from different locations simultaneously.
Later on, since the data is in SQL Server, I'm planning to create a web page for higher Management, so that they can access the different HR reports like employee profile, employee payroll, etc.
Now, i would like to seek an advise from our experts and experience programmers / system analyst,which programming language is the best tool in this type of system development? Best in terms of speed, accuracy, security, durability and stability.
