Hello everyone,
I recently installed the SQL Server Management Studio 2012 in order to complete a job for college, but i'm having trouble logging in to SSMS, as even after using the "sa" login, or even with Windows Authentication i can not seem to login and be
able to use the program.
I also noticed there's no server available, so i tried using <computername>\<SQLEXPRESS> but to no avail, all i get are errors.
Is there any basic step im missing? Sorry, i'm quite new to SQL and i still have miles to go.
