We have Memory issues on the SQl Server.
windows server 2008r2 8GM Ram
sql server 2005 maximum memory 5000MB and 4800MB minimum.
windows team send email saying 90% of the memory is being used by SQL server.
My question is ff we set the MAx memory as 5100MB, how come the sql server will use beyond the max limit of the memory?
