Powershell Script to reduce Multi CPU cores to 1 Core

Hi,

I am trying trying to / searching for a script to reduce multi CPU to cores to 1 core usage.

I do not want to reduce the core of VM, but require a script so that windows can use only 1 core.

Any idea on this?
