There is no option to change the connection protocol but all 3 are active: TCPIP, NamedPipes, SharedMemory
There is no option to change the Windows Authentication account,
but it is the same as the login that started the SQL Server service.
Logging in with SQL Server Authentication also does not work.
Below are the screen prints for the Configuration Manger and SQL Server Management Studio.
