Can't install SQL server 2014

Hello,

I have Win 10 OS and I'm trying to install SQL Server Express 2014 with service pack 1. But whenever i try to start setup i get message box indicating error without any message and setup ends immediately.

I tried to find answers on the internet but all i find is that .NET framework 3.5 is might missing but when i check, it's there.

Any help is appreciated.
