I am attempting to follow a tutorial on making a login which involves opening a new Service based database but I keep getting an error that SQL Server database files require LocalDB or SQL Server Express to be installed and running (which
is included in community) I am getting really frustrated and dont know what to do. If someone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.
