I try to install MySQL Server 2008 R2 on my Windows 10 Pro 64bit system. When i try to install i get error for "Performance counter registry fail" and i try to skip it use cmd "in
administration" via this command "Setup.exe Bootstrap\SQLServer2008R2\x64\LandingPage.exe /SkipRules=RebootRequiredCheck /ACTION=install" and is not working.
