how to get fiscal Year sales count

I have a table

YearSales

Date                SalesCount

01-Jan-2014       100

30-Dec-2014      200

01-Apr-2015      50

31-Mar-2016      350

O/P should be:

Year   SalesCount

2014  300

2015   400

How to get this kindly help.
