Could not find file or Assembly 'Microsoft,Sqlserver.Management.Sdk.sfc Version=11.0.0.0,Culture=neutral Public key token=89845dcd8080cc91' or one of its  dependencies.The system can not find specified file.

I am  using Win7-ultimate(x64) edition ,Sql server 2008R2 and vs2013.Please give perfect solution i tried About all but not working.Downloaded no of times specified files but  same error occures. Is there any compatibility issue with Sql Server 2008R2 with VS2013? should i reinsatalle Sql Server wtih newer version.
