When creating ODBC connection to Azure MSSQL DB - can only see Master DB in "Change the default database to:"

I have created my DB in MS SQL SMMS, and imported tables and queries from access, using the wizard, which uploaded everything successfully to Azure.

When I create my ODBC connection, it connects to the SQL Server DB, but when I get to select the default database, it only lists "master" and doesn't show my own DB.

What am I missing? All settings are default settings.
