sql server 2016 - per core license.... how can I tell if it is running on all cores

Hi all,

I am new to Sql server.   At work, we recently purchased Sql Server 2016 per core license and have been asked to see if the license we bought is running on all cores or how many core is it running on?    How do I go about getting this information?  Appreciate the help!
