I need to purchase SQL Server 2016 Standard Edition Core Licence with Software Assurance to run on my company web server in Australia
I need Software Assurance so I can install SQL Server on a Failover Server using Basic Availability Groups
In Australia I am getting Quotes of AU $16600 for 4 Core with Software Assurance
Resellers in the USA are offering it for approx US $7500 without Software Assurance
Does anybody know if it is legal to Purchase the software from a USA Reseller to use on an Australian Server?
