Question to all
What are the best SQL exercise books? For all areas (DML, DDL, etc), and all levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
I've just worked my way through a nice little book called 'SQL Practice Problems'. Very capable, but I just need more. More problems, more examples, more new functions and concepts added. One question at a time. Just like in a maths exercise book.
So what's out there?
