We are in the process of rebuilding our environment in Azure.
For our Azure environment what initial size should the temp file be when we split it into multiple temp files?
We have a SQL server with 32 CPUs and 128 GB RAM. It is supporting databases/logs for 3 applications to include sccm, aptiva, and storck.
The current on premise SQL's temp files: temp db = 48 GB, temp log = 3 GB. The max size is set to unlimited with growth in 10 MB increments.
When the Temp database is split there will be 8 temp database files. What initial size should the temp file be configured for the SQL in Azure? Trying to set Temp database at a reasonable size so we will have decent performance from the beginning.

Also heard that user database size configurations is best set with a limited size without auto-growth? what is your recommendation for User database sizing?
