MS SQL Server 2014 - I want to edit the color of the Borders between cells and rows in the Results tab, how?

After executing a script, the results display in the bottom portion of the screen.

The text is black and background is white, and the border color is white, so from one column to the next, it's hard to tell how wide the column should be to display all data.

I have looked for hours on how to change colors and fonts and nothing seems to work. I can't even figure out how to change the background color, within this Results Pane, so at least I could see the white border. But I'm having issues finding info.

IN SQL what is the word or term given to the Results Tab?

Options > Environment > Fonts and Colors > ?

What setting to select from the Show Setting for: Drop Down List?

You need to add a Border Color option, as I don't see one anywhere. Why would this not be included?
