Hi all, I have been having this issue for some time. When minimizing and maximizing the window or sometimes just switching between tabs causes my GUI to have some kind of error rendering all the menu options. All the buttons still exist and when I hover over them sometimes they reappear. I also sometimes lose the ability to read the text in the script window. Sometimes minimizing and maximizing the window several times temporarily resolves the issue.
I can't attach a picture since my account is unverified but basically all the buttons just are all plain grey and you can't see that they are even buttons. When you hover them they are still clickable.

I have had the issue on every version of SSMS I have tried since 16. I don't have the issue on SSMS 14 which I still have installed. I have tried uninstalling SSMS16, 17, and the 18 preview build and I have the issue with all of them.
I am not running on a high DPI monitor, just 2 1920x1080p
