For a whole day only one one single file creation and overwrite the same file for every 15 minutes

For a whole day only one single file want to be create and overwrite that same log file for every 15 mins..and next day one more log file want to create and overwrite to the same day log file..this process remains same daily..is it possible to create through maintenance plan or script.If possible through script any one can help me.
