Help with event 489 and 490 permissions to log file

I have sql 2014 running on a 2012 r2 box. I am getting a lot of errors that msmdsrv cannot open C:\windows\system32\logfiles\sum\api.log. I've noticed that the api.log file is not in the sum folder.

Online I can see others having a similar issue and the work around is to manually add the msmdsrv and the sqlservr service accounts to have read write access to the logfiles folder. However I cannot figure out how to do that. When I search for those accounts nothing pulls up.

Thank you for the help!
