DB Diagram Pic

Server: SQL Server 2012

Question:  I am able to get the ERD diagram by going to DB --> DB Diagrams --> New DB Diagram.   When I copy that diagram to the clipboard and paste it to the WORD doc, it becomes very very tiny. It is very hard to read.  

I would like to keep the size of DB Diagram same when I copy it to the WORD, so it is easy for the users to see and read.

Any help would be appreciated.
