My client has an issue with their 3rd party application which connects a SQl database, however intermittently it comes up with the following error:
a transport level error has occurred when receiving results
from the server. provider TCP provider error 0 -the semaphore
timeout period has expired
the client machine throws this error up when trying to connect, however there is no evidence of network issues.
