SSMS bug? cannot find right version of backup.

I am using SSMS 18.4, I found when i do restore database from menu, it did not show the most recent full backup.

But if I am using SSMS 17.x on another computer, it will show correct version.

I uninstalled 18.4, reinstall 18.5, same thing, not showing the most recent full backup. But showing a full backup month ago.

Is this a bug or something I am missing?
