How to extract some hidden info from database

i am using this sql server version.

suppose when our dotnet application try to insert or update data into db then sql server log those operation i assume. i assume sql server log those operation like from which IP / PC name request is coming.

which application interact with sql server.

please tell me do i need to turn on any feature in sql server to log these operation ?

what sql i should execute to get those info like which IP/PC Name insert data into table Test ?

which application interact with db table to get application name etc

i know DBA people get extract those info. so please share knowledge how can i extract those info from db?
