Sending images through Database Mail from Sqlserver Table

Hi,

   I have one table the image column  contains pictures based on  image datatype.

   If the  user upload the image  from the form, the image was  stored in  the table  its working fine and  i  did.

   Here i want  at the same time, the inserted image is  sending  mail to receptionist in the background.

   Is it possible in sqlserver?  Could anybody guide to me?
